STTZ will work with local hotels, lodges, and guesthouses to adopt sustainable practices such as reducing energy consumption, waste management, and supporting local food sourcing. The project will provide training on green certifications, eco-friendly infrastructure, and low-impact operations to increase the number of sustainable accommodations in Tanzania.
